I am a British/Irish student and have logged into eduroam to complete in-person registration; why isn't my registration complete?'

Make sure you have:

• logged in to eduroam with your university email address, not as a guest.  You must login at one of the eduroam locations for it to register
• completed online registration 

If you have not received a confirmation email after completing all elements within 24 hours (excluding weekends), please contact us here so we can look into this for you.
