If you need help from one of our specialist teams or want to submit an Extenuating Circumstances (EC) claim, use the 'Ask a question' or 'Submit an EC' buttons above.
Please be aware that all sections of the EC claim form must be completed in one go, it is not possible to save and return to the form at a later stage. Make sure you have all information gathered, including evidence where required, before starting to to complete the EC claim form.
