An email will be sent to your personal email address approximately three weeks before your official start date.  You will not be able to activate your university username until you have received this email.

If you are unsure what your student ID number is, it will be provided in your activation email. If you are having any problems with accessing this email, your student ID can be found on your NottinghamHub applicant portal. Please be aware that this is different to your applicant ID.

Once you have activated your new university username and set your password, you can then log back into your NottinghamHub but this time log in using your new university username and password (not your applicant username and password) to complete your online registration.

Once your account has been activated, it can take a few minutes before all aspects of your account become available so wait 15-20 minutes before accessing your NottinghamHub or your email account.
