In-person registration is the second part of our registration process. This confirms your physical presence at the University. All new students at the University of Nottingham need to complete in-person registration.  How you complete this depends on your nationality (not your fee status).

British/Irish students
You need to login to the University Wi-Fi, Eduroam, to complete in-person registration.

In-person registration cannot be completed more than 1 week in advance of your course start date. The whole registration process must be completed within the deadline of your course. Please refer to our website for your specific registration deadline.

This is a two step process. Step 1: Set up your UKVI account and link it to your eVisa. This will allow you to send us your digital evidence by completing our Digital Visa Status form. Evidence of your date of entry will also be required i.e. boarding pass/eticket. Step 2: Complete in-person registration by attending a registration event or visiting one of our service centre. Please check our website for further information as booking an appointment may be required.
