10 minutes will usually be added to the standard exam duration to account for minor technical difficulties and must only be used for that reason, e.g. Wi-Fi instabilities, screen freezing, sudden and unexpected device updates. You should report any technical difficulties using the query form linked at the end of the exam. Use of this additional time can be monitored by markers.
