If you have new evidence relating to an EC claim and it is before your exam board has met, you should submit it for consideration by your school/department, explaining why it could not be submitted at the time of making the original claim.
If your new evidence became available after the exam board met, you would need to include it as part of an academic appeal submission, alongside an explanation of why you were unable to supply the information at the time.
