If your student card is handed into a Student Service Centre, the Frontline Services team will contact you using your university email address to let you know how to collect your card.
Lost cards are also sometimes handed to the Security Office next to Hallward Library.
For faulty cards, you can bring your card to a student service centre so that we can check and order you a new one if required.
Please remember that if your card has been lost or stolen it is your responsibility under the implied terms and conditions of university card use that you report the loss to Student Services immediately. This will ensure that your lost or stolen card can be blocked, preventing unauthorised use.
Replacement cards need to be ordered through NottinghamHub at a cost of £15.
