This applies to students in our SEAtS pilot Schools only. 
 
For all teaching activities on campus, attendance can be registered via the SEAtS app. To do this, please follow the below steps: 
  1. Tap the calendar icon which will lead you to ‘Current events’   
  2. Tap ‘Check in’   
  3. Your camera will open in the scanning viewfinder 
  4. Scan the QR code (if your phone is unable to scan the QR code, don’t worry; your lecturer will provide you with a one-time check-in numerical code instead) 
Alternatively open your camera on your device, scan the QR code and this will take you into the app for attendance.

You may only scan attendance for yourself. Fraudulent scanning of QR codes falls under section 8.3 of the Code of Discipline for Students and will result in disciplinary action.
