If you need to cancel a ticket or request a refund. You will need to contact Tempest by email to request a refund at customerservices@htempest.co.uk. This must be done before Monday 29th of June at 12 noon.
Please note, that refunds can take up to 30 days to be processed after the ceremonies have concluded.
