For courses starting on or after 1 January 2024, dependants will no longer be permitted to apply to accompany students studying taught postgraduate (Masters) courses.
Students starting a Masters course in September 2023 are still eligible to bring dependants. Postgraduate researchers (PhD or other doctoral qualifications) are not affected by this.
