Your claim is not approved because the evidence provided is not from an approved source. If you are able to obtain evidence that supports your claim that is from an approved source you can submit for further review by the EC panel without submitting an appeal.
If you do decide to appeal the decision, you will be expected to provide evidence in order for the appeal to be considered.
