The quickest way to speak to a member of a support team is via Live Chat (this link will take you to the webpage where the live chat option is located), however there is no guarantee you will get hold of the assessment team that supports your Faculty / School by that route immediately, as a range of teams respond to Live Chat queries each day.

The student enquiry centre can be used to send a message to the relevant assessment team about anything via the 'Ask a question' link in the image below.

Once your enquiry is submitted it will be respond to by the team. Make sure you check back on your enquiry regularly as we may ask for further information from you.
