Students whose exchange is credit bearing

In most cases you will need to order a transcript from your host university. Your host university will confirm if you need to order the transcript or if one will be sent automatically to Nottingham.
If you need to order one, you must ensure you do so and then send this to your school study abroad academic adviser.

If you do not order a transcript, then your credits cannot be transferred back to Nottingham.

If you studied abroad through the University-wide exchange programme you should send your transcript to studyabroad@nottingham.ac.uk

Once your transcript has been received your school study abroad academic advisor will convert your study abroad grades back to Nottingham marks.

These will not be visible on Bluecastle but will show on your Diploma Supplement on graduation. You can ask your adviser for the converted marks once this process has been completed so you know what you have achieved.

Students whose exchange year is non-credit bearing (pass/fail year eg. Law, American and Canadian Studies, Language Year Abroad, Psychology with an International Year, Natural Sciences with an International Year)
