You can ask questions regarding your EC claim by using 'Portal Comments' (see also What is a Portal Comment?)
To send a message to the Assessments Team regarding your claim, log into your Student Enquiry Portal account and open your claim by selecting the UoN-000 link.
Scroll down to the bottom of your claim screen and select
type your message and 'submit'

The assessments team will be notified of your message and will respond in due course by sending you a portal comment.
You may receive an email notifying you when they respond but we would recommend you check back regularly.
