Depending on your degree programme there may be an opportunity for you to apply next year, as some degrees allow exchange in more than one year of the degree.

Late applications are not accepted for university-wide exchange or international summer schools. If you have missed the international summer school deadline and you are not a final year student, you can apply next year, as you can apply in any year of your undergraduate degree.
