Yes, we are offering certificate collections at the Student Service Centre in the Portland Building between Tuesday 16 December - Thursday 18 December 2025.
You'll need to book an appointment in advance to give us time to get your documents ready for collection. When you fill in the appointment booking form you can tell us who is collecting your documents, they'll need to bring some photo ID with them when they arrive.
Collections after this date won't be possible, because we'll start to post out any certificates that we have left.
