It is not possible for your friend to collect your degree certificate at your graduation ceremony. This is because the collection takes place just after you cross the stage.  If you aren’t able to attend your ceremony, then we will automatically arrange to post your original documents out to you by Royal Mail tracked.  We will use the address in the Home field as per NottinghamHub, please ensure this is correct. If your certificate is being posted outside of the UK, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. You can view the delivery timescales on the Royal Mail website.
