The process is the same for all students, and a form must be completed and submitted in advance of the planned change. Please see here for more information on what you need to consider when considering a change of circumstances and how the process works.

For all non-British/non-Irish students (including EU/EEA students who started a course on or after 1 January 2021) these forms require the signature of a Visa and Immigration staff member at section F, in order that we can advise student visa holders of any visa implications for the change to their course.

Forms need to be emailed to and we will aim to respond to within 3 – 5 working days.
