Please log into your NottinghamHub to check that the funding you are expecting appears there.
If it does, then please check the bank details section of the portal to ensure your bank details are correct and up-to-date. If you need to update your bank details and need guidance on how to do this you can watch this student bank account and direct deposit setup video.
The date showing in the Hub against the payment is known as the disbursement date. This is the date the University processes the payment which will then take three working days to get to your bank account.
If your funding does not appear in your NottinghamHub and your bank details are correct but you still haven’t received your payment, please contact the school or department who issued your funding and they will be able to look into this for you.
