If you attend your graduation ceremony in-person, then you will receive a paper copy of your certificate and diploma supplement (a transcript of your module marks) just after you cross the stage.
If you do not attend your graduation ceremony, you have options.
you can collect your certificate from a student service centre
you can nominate someone else to collect it on your behalf from a student service centre
your certificate will be posted to the home address you have listed on NottinghamHub. or
you can pay to have your certificate couriered to an address of your choice
If you do not attend your graduation ceremony, our team will post your certificate and diploma supplement to you after the graduation ceremonies have taken place.
For UK-based addresses you can expect to receive your certificate by the end of January (for December graduation ceremonies) and by the end of August (for July graduation ceremonies).
For international addresses you can expect to receive your certificate by the end of February (for December graduation ceremonies) and by the end of September (for July graduation ceremonies).
Once your graduation ceremony has concluded, we will provide you with a link to our online portal where you will be able to view, download, print and share, digital copies of your degree certificate and diploma supplement (containing a transcript of your module marks). This link will be sent to your personal email address and will continue to work even once you’ve left the university.
If you are going to use your document overseas, you may need to have it legalised before it will be accepted. You can find out more about having your document legalised at https://www.gov.uk/get-document-legalised
