If you attend your graduation ceremony in-person, then you will receive your hard copy, certified documents just after you cross the stage.
If you do not attend your graduation ceremony your degree certificate will be posted to the home address you have listed on NottinghamHub. This is sent by Royal Mail tracked post after the ceremonies have taken place. For winter ceremonies please allow to the end of January for this to arrive; for summer ceremonies, please allow until the end of September.
Electronic documents will be sent via email around a week after your ceremony date. You will receive an email titled “Welcome to PremierCert+”. This will explain how to access the online graduate document portal.

If you are going to use your document overseas, you may need to have it legalised before it will be accepted. This can be done through the Hague Apostille service.
