Welcome to your student enquiry centre, here you can check our FAQs, ask us questions about your studies and submit extenuating circumstances claims.

If our FAQs can't help and you need to ask us a question, use the 'Ask a question' button above. If you need to submit an Extenuating Circumstances (EC) claim, use the 'Submit an EC' buttons above.

Please be aware that all sections of the EC claim form must be completed in one go, it is not possible to save and return to the form at a later stage. Make sure you have all information gathered, including evidence where required, before starting to to complete the EC claim form.

To view your submitted enquiries and ECs click on 'Enquire and Submit' at the top of this page. This is where you will view our responses to you.
